It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carol Ruch of Seminole, Florida, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Weber and Clara Mallory; her son Robert James Couch Jr.; and her siblings, Theodore Roosevelt Weber, William Henry, Caroline Weber and Catherine Weber.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Gannon (Cary) of Wauchula. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
