She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Elizabeth Mathews and James William Elliott; her husband Burl Cooper; and her siblings, A. T. Elliott, Cecil Elliott, Lesil Elliott, Jessie Baker, Pearl Skinner, Hazel Jordan, Virginia LaSalle, Gaye Garlington and Laura Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Burl Edward Cooper (Tammy), Timothy Cooper (Kelly) and Sara Haley; and her grandchildren, Brady Cooper (Kerry) and Stephanie Cabrera (Marc). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
