Devine (Seffner, Florida), born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on November 5, 2018, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John DeVine, Sr.; her children, John DeVine, Jr., Christopher McGhee, Joseph DeVine, Michael DeVine and Jessica DeVine; her father Robert Everhart, II; and her brothers, Wayne Everhart and Robert Everhart, III.
