She is survived by: her husband Richard Crooker; her daughters, Sharon Kile (Allen) and Shannon Smith (Mark); her siblings, Donald Rackley, Linda Whitehead (Bob), Bonnie White (Alan) and Patricia Sellars; and her grandchildren, Cameron Smith and Jaime Kile Matherly (Greg).
