Ray; his children, Aaron Harter, James Harter and Katherine Fields (Todd); and his siblings, Keith Harter, Melvin E. Harter (Roberta), Cassandra Combs and Deborah L. Yothers (Dale). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
