He was predeceased by : his father John Hovey Bell; and his daughter Evelyn Bass. He is survived by : his children, John Allen Bell and Anita Bright; and his grandchildren, Jolene Carpenter, Niki Bright, Louis Bass, Samuel Young and JB Emerick. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
