He was predeceased by: his father John B. Lucas, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Amanda Raymond (Joshua); his grandson Wyatt Raymond; his mother Mary Lucas; and his sister Cindy Minor. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
