He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurie L. Martin and Estelle Phillips Martin; and his grandson Michael Stottele. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lauis Martin; his children, James Budley Martin, Jr. (Kimberly) of Seffner, Florida, Gail Louise Stottele of Seffner and Cynthia Ann Martin of Henrico, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Tina Harper (Kevin), Stephanie King (Mike), Douglas Cummings, Jr. (Mary), Mary Martin, James Martin, Patty Martin (Andres) and Timothy Freeman (Carolina). He is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren.
