He is survived by : his wife Edith; his children, Eric Paul Penia and Kimberly A. Helms; his stepdaughters, Amy Quesada and Lara Misuraca; and his siblings, Eddie Penia (Katherine), Estelle D. Opine (Wayne) and Alice M. Penia. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
