He was predeceased by: his father Alfred; and his siblings, David and Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Taylor and Wesley Claar; his siblings, Bob, Jim Claar and Marilyn Paxton; his grandchildren, Chris, Chad, Derrick and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Christian, Victoria and Jacob; and his great great grandchild Emerson Hope.
