He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Harvey and Marion Harvey; his son Bruce Charles Harvey (Lizbeth); and his siblings, Earl, Lawrence, Laura May, Inez, Gene and Raymond.

He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Harvey; his children, Heidi Benthal (Thomas), Sheryl Chew (Greg), Pam Dolbear, Christine Hall (Craig), Dale Harvey (Allysa), Melissa Incardona (Ralph), Marilyn Pettus and Darlene Williamson (Kevin); and his brothers, Albert Harvey and Grant Harvey.
