“I am so sad to hear of his health struggles and passing, he was an amazing person, leader, teacher, and mentor to so many. I went to Armwood and while I never personally had him as a teacher, he was my neighbor and would so graciously take me to school with him every morning and bring me home every evening during my high school years. We had so many great conversations and laughs, he was like the favorite uncle I never had. I loved him and will always be so grateful for all he did for me.”
