He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Carlisle; and his son Edward Carlisle. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Carlisle; his children, Patricia Carlisle, Doug Carlisle, Larry Carlisle (Tammy) and Ken Carlisle (Tammy); and his stepdaughters, Peggy Milton (Rod), Sandy Urquhart (Herb), Cathy Hatton (Rick) and Jean Campbell (Barry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren.
