We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Wendell Long of Sebring, Florida, born in Ona, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Wendell farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Wendell is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Smith and Hazel Long (Bryan). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Long; and his stepchildren, Shawn Stamps (Paula) and Jerilyn Campbell (Bill) of Sebring, FL.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Somers Hospice House in memory of Wendell.
