She is survived by: her husband Donald O. Chapman; her children, David C. Chapman (Marie), Dale C. Chapman (Anjelika) and Peggy D. Chapman; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Kevin, Kurt, Devyn, Brad and Michelle. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
