O'Neill (Sebring, Florida), born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence O'Neill and Josephine O'Neill; his wife Sidney Fasolt of Lancaster; and his siblings, Mary Louise O'Neill and Terry Fasolt.

He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne Connor of Va and Annette Telenko (Frank) of Pa; and his brother-in-law Dean Fasolt.

“Uncle Vince and Aunt Sidney were best friends with my parents Rodney and Barbara. They traveled all the time and always sent a post card and brought Heather and I a keychain or bell from their travels. We spoke on the phone often and I sent Uncle Vince a Christmas card on December 1st because theirs was always the first card our family received.”
