She is survived by: her husband James G Patton Jr.; her sister Maria Rivera; and her children, Renee Patton, James Acevedo, Daniel Acevedo, Brenda Diaz, Elizabeth Santiago, Glenn Taten, Diana Acevedo, Yvette Acevedo, Jesus Diaz and Michael Santiago. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson.
