He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oliver and Willie Mae Peppers (Wade). He is survived by: his wife Mae Jeanne Peppers; his daughters, Regina P. Blackman of Sebring, FL and Tamara P. Sanders (Thomas) of Morganton, NC; his brother William (Diana) of Bassinger, FL; his grandchildren, Mitchell (Michaella) and Rachel; and his great grandchild Hudson James. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
