He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Middleditch; and his children, Jeffrey A Middleditch (Kathy) of Borden, IN and Renee L Westcott (Kevin) of Wolverine, MI.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
