He was predeceased by: his father Roy D. Haley, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Haley of Sebring, FL; his children, Lisa Baker (Philip) of Sebring, FL, Gina Pike (Tyler) of Avon Park, FL and Drew Haley (Nicole) of Sebring, FL; his mother Vilma Washburn of Sebring, FL; his siblings, Margie Gourley (Jeff) and Tim Washburn (Lottie); and his grandchildren, Brody, Easton, Shake, Charlie Jean, Stetson, Collins, Ella, Lila and Brooks.
