He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Franklin and James Randall Beagles, Sr.; and his brother James Randall Beagles, III. He is survived by: his children, Ryan Scott Beagles, Sean Patrick Beagles and Christina Marie Messner; his siblings, Linda Hall and Jamie Webster; and his granddaughter Alysah Mae Beagles.
