He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Phillips and Mary Perrow. He is survived by: his wife Chalairat Phillips; his daughters, Patricia Miller of Tenino and Donna Jean; and his siblings, Mike Perrow, Frank Phillips, Bill Perrow and Margaret Harris. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home - Sebring (4001 Sebring Pkwy, Sebring, FL 33870).
