He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Fugate and Joanne Fugate. He is survived by: his children, Carri Barnes (Joey) and Dixi Fugate; his grandchildren, Cole Barnes, Micheal Overfield, Matthew Overfield and Matilyn Overfield; his brother David Fugate (Ena); and his nephews, David Fugate and Carl Fugate.
