He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Kemper and Elizabeth Kemper. He is survived by: his wife Tamara M. Kemper of Sebring, FL; his children, Darci Kemper and Summer Kemper; his siblings, Gary Kemper (Patty), Virgil Kemper, Leroy Kemper (Brandyn) and Cindy Mays (Mark); his great grandchild Nova; and also, Lyndsey, Kobe, Devon, Alissa McKaila, Brycen and Christal.

Memorials may be made to Cancer Service of Northeast Indiana.
