He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Jacob, (Gerri Cook) and James D. Jacob, Sr.; and his niece Toni Lin Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheri (Jacob), William Mueller, Sr., James, Jr. (Bud), Sumitra Jacob, Janice (Jacob), Robert Bisso, Scott and Beth Jacob (Eckert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
