He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kelly and Marjorie Kelly; and his wife Cheryl Ann Kelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Alan M. Kelly of Tampa, FL, Lynn Balfour of Escondido, CA, Diane E. Adams of New Haven, IN, Philip W. Kelly of Troy, OH and Mark R. Kelly of Muncie, IN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
