He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stout; his daughters, Jennifer Willard and Jill Vingsness (Doug); his grandchildren, Lauren Stout (Neil), Mason McGee, Blake McGee, Leah Vingsness, Brandon Willard (Joi) and Landon Willard; and his great grandchildren, Athena Willard and Ezekiel Willard.
