She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nelson and Reba Nelson (Vickers). She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Craig Viers of Ashland, KY and Carla Jo Guido of Ashland, KY; her stepdaughters, Fay Hammel of Jacksonville, FL and Lana Johnson of Elkton, MD.; and her brother Ronald Nelson (Blue). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
