He is survived by: his wife Carolann Smith; his daughters, Nicole Smith Cole (James) of Florida and Heather Ruddy Smith (Paul) of Connecticut; his stepchildren, Jeffery Corcoran of Ohio and Jacqueline Corcoran Rubin (Richard) of Connecticut; and his siblings, Linda Smith Callahan of Connecticut and John Smith (Joan) of New York. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
