He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Matt (Krystal), Greg (Laura), Daniel Payne, John Payne (Jen) and Patricia Palmer; and his sister Norma Jean Griffin Annett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
