Hennenfent (Betty); his siblings, George (Janelle), Frank (Jan), Nick, Stephen (Judy) and Nancy Cruse; his nieces and nephews, Laurel Bingaman (Craig), Nathan Hennenfent, Andrew Hennenfent (Jayme), Douglas Hennenfent, Jessica Maddox (Sean Cunningham), Alex Klein (John), Kendra Cruse (Hulee Heck), Michaela Cruse, Charles Cruse, Eric Hennenfent and Maureen Hennenfent; his great-nieces, Emily, Allison Bingaman and Aidy Hennenfent; his cousins, Frank, Loretto Hennenfent, Ed and Katherine Gillen; his nephew Brandon Cruse; and his brother-in-law Tom Cruse.
Even though no longer practicing medicine, he and his father, Mike, co-founded the Prostatitis Foundation to help men suffering urinary problems and prostate cancer.
