She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley L. Hattis and Helena Elizabeth Hattis (Shlagor); her husband Charles Smith (Ray); her siblings, Ron, Jerry Hattis and Janice Applebey; and her grandchildren, Hannah Williams and Brandon McVicker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Allana Slager, Jan Williams and Bobbi McVicker (Drew); and her siblings, Stan Hattis (Wanda), Larry Hattis (Ruth) and Esther Reed. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
