He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammie Hooker and Doreen Hayes. He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Lee Hooker and Frances Ann Hooker; and his children, Samuel Hooker, Chad Hooker, Stephanie Stone and Raymond Hooker.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to VNA Hospice of Indian River County.
