With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Toivo Heikkila of Sebastian, Florida, born in Bovey, Minnesota, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Toivo Heikkila and Elma Heikkila (Wirta). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Heikkila (Lepper) of Grand Rapids, Minnesota; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law John Kehoe of Vero Beach, Florida; his son Michael Heikkila (Carol Heikkila) of Vestal, NY; his grandchildren, Sarah Kehoe, Steven Kehoe, Patrick Heikkila (Kiera), Paul Heikkila and Kim Heikkila; his great grandchildren, Ayden and Eli Heikkila; and his sisters, Helen Total (Gary) and Judi McClellan (John). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Vero Beach, Florida.
