It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Paul Gallagher of Sebastian, Florida, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John II and Margaret Gallagher, II. He is survived by: his wife Charity Gicain Gallagher; and his siblings, Christopher D. Gallagher (Darlene), Eileen G. Jacobsen (Robert), John R. Gallagher, III and Owen T. Gallagher. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; 11 grand-nieces and nephews.
