He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marie Guay of Florida and Richard Guay of Texas; his grandson Adam Guay of Texas; his niece Maureen Mamarella of New York; and his nephew Michael Mamarella (Tracy) of New Jersey. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
