He was predeceased by: his wife Josefa Garcia Martinez. He is survived by: his children, Blanca DeLeon of Cocoa, Brenda DeLeon of Cocoa, Dalilah DeLeon, Maria DeLeon of Fellsmere, Angel DeLeon of Cocoa and Rodolfo De Leon of Fellsmere. He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren.
