He is survived by: his wife Sheila Jenkins of Labelle, FL; his daughter Melissa Culbreth (Franky) of Labelle, FL; his grandson Casey Culbreth of Labelle, FL; and his siblings, Jim Yates (Donna) of Fellsmere, FL, Elaine Green (Johnny) of Fellsmere, FL. and Wanda Pickron (Ben) of Fellsmere, FL..
