She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Anderson Painter and Kirby Lee Painter; her husband James Hassert; and her son Vincent Whaley. She is survived by: her son Earl Whaley (Susan); her grandchildren, John Whaley (Drema) and Elana Chen (Henry); her great grandchildren, Gregson and Christian; her daughter Anne; and her grandchild Jamie.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strunk Funeral Home - Sebastian (1623 N Central Ave, Sebastian, FL 32958). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sebastian Cemetery (1921 N Central Ave, Sebastian, FL 32958).
