He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Smith and Ruby Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Richard; his grandchildren, Carson Richard and Rylee Richard; and his brothers, Jerry Smith (Sherry), Danny Smith (Amber) and Paul Smith.
