She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dallas and Marian Penny; and her spouse Gene Melasi. She is survived by: her children, Marion Cherne (Michael) of St. Simon's Island, GA, Gene Melasi (Jean) of Wellsville, NY, Susan Melasi of Sebastian, Fred Melasi of Sebastian and Andrew Melasi (Carole) of Sebastian. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
