He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Welch of Sebastian; his sons, Kevin Welch of Davenport, IA and Keith Welch of Albuquerque, NM; and his sister Kathleen O'Brien of Austin, TX.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
