He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bush and Pauline Bush; his stepfather Martin; his brother Burl; and his stepbrother Jerry.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Hinman (Whitney Aircraft); his children, David, Steven and Gena; and his stepsiblings, Sherie and Larry. He is also survived by three grandsons.
