It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph O'Connell of Sebastian, Florida, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Connell and Alice O'Connell; his brother Billy O'Connell; and his father-in-law Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Diane O'Connell; his daughter Christine O'Connell; his siblings, Patrick O'Connell, Michael O'Connell (Kyoko), Kathleen Titus (Terry), Mark O'Connell and Sharon Mullens (Paul); and his mother-in-law Mabel Quattlebaum. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
