He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Novitsky and Dora Allard Novitsky; and his brother Thomas Novitsky. He is survived by: his wife Heather Novitsky; his children, James (Jennifer Square), Joseph Novitsky and Jennifer Tollison (Chase); his sister Sandy White; and his grandson Henry.
A committal service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tiki Bar & Grill (1109 Indian River Dr, Sebastian, FL 32958).
