He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Billig and Paul Billig. He is survived by: his wife Christine Billig; and his daughters, Angella Blass (Lew) of Catawissa, PA, Barbara Stellfox of Catawissa, PA, Paula Billig of Riegelsville, PA and JoAnn Richter (Joey) of Palm Bay, FL. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
