He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Matthew of Lakewood and Stephanie Halek (Shawn) of Elyria; his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Eli White, Gage and Grace Halek; and his siblings, Pam Dockery (Mike), Karen Asbury (Mike) and David White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
