With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Madison Hearndon Jr. of Sebastian, Florida, born in Micco, Florida, who passed away on September 29, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Madison Hearndon and Elsie Mae Hutson Hearndon; his stepfather Charles Selle; and his brother Charles Selle, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Joanne Selle Wood (Dave); his children, Leonard Hearndon, Georgia Nelson and Trina Smith (Brian); and his grandchildren, Nicole Knox, Kaleb Hearndon, Leighton Hearndon, Robert Nelson, Kelly Nelson, Joshua Smith, Ronald Smith, Christine Smith and Vince Smith. He is also survived by Nana's Children.
Throughout his life dad choose to give Christmas to needy children and made donations annually to various Children's Homes in South Brevard so we the family have requested that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to underprivileged children so every child can enjoy the holidays!
