She was predeceased by: her parents, Kitty Conley Cox and Millard Cox; and her daughter Sandra Kay Hollenbeck (Tapley). She is survived by: her husband Joel Douglas Tapley; her sister Phyllis Richie; and her children, Joel (Terry), Raylene (Ronnie), Tammi (Merle), Paul (Glynda) and Lisa. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
