He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kachele; his children, Lorraine Davis (Adam Davis), Frances Mitchell (Luke Mitchell), Christopher Kachele (Pamela Martinez) and Michael Kachele (Elissia Stockard); and his grandchildren, Liam, Ethan Davis, Levi Kachele (Christopher) and Michelle Kachele (Michael).
